摘要
从课程目标、课程内容、教学方式、学习方式四个方面,梳理积极心理健康教育与传统心理健康教育的不同,以期促进积极心理健康教育在我国的开展,将积极心理学的理论和方法有效地应用到大学生心理健康教育课程教学改革与实践中,在积极心理学视角下构建大学生心理健康教育课程的新模式。
This paper combed the difference between traditional mental health education and positive mental health education from four aspects: curriculum objective, curriculum content, teaching methods, and learning style. In order to promote the development of positive mental health education in our country, the authors effectively applied the theory and method of positive psychology to the reform and practice of mental health educational curriculum for college students, hoping to arouse the attention of mental health educators for college students, and constructed a new model of this course in the perspective of positive psychology.
