摘要
电液伺服压剪试验机作为交通工程建设领域重要的专用仪器设备,为确保其量值的准确可靠,通过对压剪试验机功能特性和量值溯源现状调研的分析,发现迫切需要编制压剪试验机计量技术规范,并从大力值、变形及位移仪表、剪切和转角、控制系统等计量技术方面对计量技术规范的编写提出意见和建议。
Electro-hydraulic servo load-shear tester has acted as an important special testing equipment in the fields of traffic engineering construction. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its quantity value,by analyzing the functional characteristics of the load-shear tester and its traceability status quo,it has been found that it is urgent to establish the metrology specifications for this testing machine. Also,according to the measurement techniques such as maximum allowable force,deformation and displacement of shear and rotate,and the control system,some opinions and suggestions have been raised for the establishment of the metrology specifications.
