摘要
为解决ZJ17卷接机组烟支传递装置腔内温度较高,造成骨架油封漏油、寿命短,导致油烟、掉烟等问题。通过对传递装置中油封工作原理与漏油原因分析,设计了冷却油循环系统,有效地降低了传递装置腔内热平衡的油温。应用效果表明,传送装置的维护周期由原来3months变成了9months,且减少了备件的损耗量,保证了设备的正常运行。
To solve the problems of the lip seal oil leak and short-lived because of higher cavity temperatures in the ZJ17 Cigarette Maker Rod Transfer Unit, that lead to oil rod and rod drop off transfer arms. Through analyzing the seal operating principle of the transfer unit and cause of oil leak, designed the cooling oil circulation system, reduced heat balance temperature in cavity efficiently. The results of application show that maintenance period of the transfer unit increase from 3 months to more 9 months, reduce the wastage of spare parts, and ensure the normal running of compensation.
