2种粘接剂在二氧化锆嵌体临床修复粘接效果的比较研究

Comparison of clinical bonding effect between two adhesive materials in zirconium dioxide inlay

目的比较2种粘接剂在二氧化锆嵌体的临床粘接效果。方法选取102例下颌第一磨牙Ⅱ类洞型患者,分别用vario-link粘接剂(A组)和ESPE RelyXTM Ultimate粘接剂(B组)粘接二氧化锆嵌体,比较治疗后即刻、6个月、12个月时2种粘接剂的临床粘接效果。结果二氧化锆瓷嵌体粘接术后二氧化锆瓷嵌体粘接术后,即刻,A组和B组A级成功率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),6个月时,A组A级成功率约为96%(46/48),B组A级成功率约为90%(38/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),12个月时,A组A级成功率约为94%(45/48),B组A级成功率约为88%(37/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 vario-link粘接剂粘接性能优于ESPE RelyXTM Ultimate。

Objective To compare the clinical bonding effect of two adhesive materials in zirconia dioxide inlays.Methods 102 cases of Class II cavity of the first mandibular molar were respectively bonding zirconia dioxide inlays by vario-link(A group)and ESPE RelyXTM Ultimate adhesive materials(B group),clinical bonding effect of two adhesives were detected at instant time,6 months and 12 months after treatment.Results After bonding of zirconia dioxide inlay at instant time,successful rates of Grade A of group A and B were 100%.The difference between group A and B was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 6 months after bonding,the successful rate of Grade A of group A was about 96%(46/48),while that of group B was about90%(38/42).The difference between group A and B was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 months after bonding,the successful rate of Grade A of group A was about 94%(45/48),while that of group B was about88%(37/42).The difference between group A and B was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adhesive property of vario-link is better than that of ESPE RelyXTM Ultimate.
