摘要
目的观察头针结合灸艾对脑瘫幼鼠学习记忆能力及神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的影响。方法将7d龄新生SD幼鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型对照组、头针结合艾灸组,每组40只。造模术后第8天开始进行13d治疗,第20天进行Y迷宫实验,第21天称重处死取幼鼠脑组织,采用免疫组化法检测NGF、BDNF水平,观察脑瘫幼鼠的学习记忆能力。结果造模术后21d,模型对照组、头针结合艾灸组在Y迷宫实验中正确次数均低于正常组、假手术组(P<0.05),头针结合艾灸组Y迷宫实验正确次数高于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);头针结合艾灸组NGF、BDNF水平高于模型对照组、正常组、假手术组(P<0.05)。结论头针结合艾灸可能通过上调脑瘫幼鼠海马区的NGF和BDNF的阳性表达达到保护脑神经细胞的作用及抗凋亡作用,由此改善脑瘫幼鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective To observe the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion on learning and memory ability NGF and BDNF in Rats with Cerebral Palsy.Methods 7 day old neonatal SD rats were randomly divided into Model control group,Headset group,Moxibustion group,Headset combined with Moxibustion group each of the 40.On the 8 th day after operation,13 days of treatment were performed and 21 days after operation.Results 21 days after modeling,the correct number of model control group,scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion group in Y maze test were lower than the normal group,sham operation group(P <0.05).The correct number of Y maze test in acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was higher than that in model control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of NGF and BDNF in acupuncture combined with moxibustion group was higher than that in model control group,normal group and sham operation group(P <0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with moxibustion may improve the learning and memory ability of cerebral palsy rats by up-regulating the expression of NGF and BDNF in the hippocampus of children with cerebral palsy to protect the brain cells and the anti-apoptotic effect.
