京津冀城市群生态文明建设研究——有鉴于世界著名城市群

Study on Ecological Civilization of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Megalopolis——With the Reference to World Famous Megalopolis

从城市群的扩展与规划、产业布局与交通管理、生态文明建设特色三个角度总结梳理了伦敦、北美五大湖和东京3个世界著名城市群的生态文明建设模式与生态文明发展的变迁规律。在此基础上,结合我国的政治体制背景和京津冀城市群生态文明建设现状,从功能性政府、产业布局、公共交通、公众参与四个方面对京津冀城市群生态文明建设模式提出建议。

From the three aspects of the expansion and planning of urban agglomeration,the industrial layout of urban agglomeration,traffic management and the characteristics of ecological civilization construction,this paper summarized the ecological civilization modes of world famous megalopolis,city cluster of London,five great lakes urban agglomeration and the Tokyo urban agglomeration. The development and change of ecological civilization of the world famous urban agglomeration were summarized,and made suggestions to the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Megalopolis based on functional government,industrial layout,public transportation and public participation,with reference to China's political background and current status of the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei megalopolis.
