农村法律顾问制度前瞻性研究——以湖北省潜江市为例

Research on Rural Legal Adviser System and Social Work Intervention in Hubei Province

在扶贫背景下,农村法律顾问制度发挥的作用越来越大。通过调查问卷和访谈提纲的形式调查湖北省潜江市农村法律顾问制度,针对该制度实施过程中存在的一些问题,通过相关制度建设、法制宣传、加强监督与责任追究等方式强化法律服务整合,同时,社会工作介入农村法律顾问制度的实施,可使农村法律顾问制度更好地服务人民、造福社会。

Under the background of legal poverty alleviation,the legal counsel system in rural areas has played an increasingly important role.This paper studies the rural legal adviser system of Qianjiang City in Hubei Province through the form of questionnaire and interview outline.In view of some problems in the process of implementing rural legal adviser system,social work intervention as an innovative model of legal adviser system is to solve the rights of rural vulnerable groups,Villagers' disputes and rectification of peasant offenders.
