中医痧疗罐疗治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床效果观察

Chinese stone therapy and cupping therapy on clinical application of cough after upper respiratory infection in children

目的:探讨中医痧疗罐疗治疗小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:随机选择2015年3月-2016年2月在儿科接受治疗的上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿50例,给予中医痧疗罐疗,比较治疗前后咳嗽及咯痰症状评分。结果:50例患儿治疗后咳嗽及咯痰症状评分分别为(0.07±0.04)分及(0.08±0.17)分,明显低于治疗前的(2.56±0.33)分及(1.15±0.29)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);50例患儿仅1例出现口干,发生率为2.00%。结论:中医痧疗罐疗能够有效改善小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽及咯痰症状,不良反应较少,有助于提高生活质量,促进恢复。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of cough in children with upper respiratory tract infection. Methods： Randomly selected in March 2015 to February 2016 in hospital pediatric treatment of upper respiratory tract infection after children with 50 cases of cough,given Chinese medicine treatment therapy for treatment,compared before and after treatment cough and expectoration symptoms score. Results： The scores of cough and expectoration were（ 0. 07 ± 0. 04） and（ 0. 08 ± 0. 17） respectively,which were significantly lower than those before treatment（ 2. 56 ± 0. 33） and（ 1. 15 ± 0. 29）,50 cases of children only 1 case of dry mouth,the incidence rate of 2. 00%. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of cough and expectoration after upper respiratory tract infection in children. Adverse reactions are few,which can improve the quality of life and promote the prognosis.
