整体护理干预对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者服药依从性和日常生活能力的影响

Effect of holistic nursing intervention on medication compliance and activities of daily living in elderly patients with coronary heart heart disease

目的:探讨整体护理干预对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者服药依从性和日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的897例老年冠心病患者,将其随机分为对照组449例和观察组448例,对照组患者接受传统护理;观察组患者接受整体护理。对比两组患者的治疗效果、服药依从性和日常生活能力。结果:观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的服药依从性和日常生活能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理不仅可以提高老年冠心病患者的临床治疗效果,而且还能显著改善患者的服药依从性和日常生活能力,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on medication compliance and activities of daily living in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods： A total of 897 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 449 and 448 cases respectively. The control group received conventional nursing; the observation group received holistic nursing. The treatment effect,medication compliance and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups. Results： The treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The medication compliance and activities of daily living in the observation group were better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The holistic nursing can not only improve the clinical treatment effect of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,but also significantly improve the medication compliance and activities of daily living ability of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.
