基于量化评估策略的手术室护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者中的应用

Application of operation room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polyps resection

目的:探讨基于量化评估策略的手术室护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者194例,并随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规手术室护理;观察组患者采用量化评估策略的手术室护理。对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生情况、复发情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者术中出血量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术时间及住院时间与对照组相比较短(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于量化评估策略的手术室护理可缩短宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除手术时间、住院时间,且出血量较少,术后恢复快,并可降低并发症发生率与复发率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective： To explore the application effect of operation room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy in patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polyps resection. Methods： A total of 194 patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polyps resection admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly and equally divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received conventional operation room nursing; those in the observation group received operation room nursing with quantitative assessment strategy. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of stay,complications,recurrence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The difference in intraoperative blood loss between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05）,the operation time and length of stay was shorter than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. the incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The operation room nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy can shorten the operative time and length of stay of hysteroscopic endometrial polyps resection with less bleeding and faster postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
