强化护理管理对儿科护士工作压力及工作倦怠的影响

Effect of strengthening nursing management on work stress and job burnout of pediatric nurses

目的:探讨强化护理管理对儿科护士工作压力及工作倦怠的影响。方法:选取我院2014年1月~2016年1月21名护理人员为研究对象,2014年1月~2015年1月实施强化护理管理前采用常规护理管理,2015年2月~2016年1月采用强化护理管理,观察不同护理模式对护士工作压力(包括护理专业及工作方面问题、时间分配和工作量、工作环境和仪器设备、患者护理方面、管理和人际关系)及工作倦怠(包括情绪疲溃感、工作冷漠感、个人工作无成就感)的影响性。结果:实施强化护理管理前护士在工作压力和工作倦怠评分方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施强化护理管理后6个月、管理末较管理前在工作压力和工作倦怠维度上评分逐渐下降(P<0.05),实施强化护理在基础护理、护理操作、消毒隔离、风险评估、护理文书、护理执行规范评分方面比较显著优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:强化护理管理能缓解儿科护士工作压力及工作倦怠,提高护理质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of strengthening nursing management on work stress and job burnout of pediatric nurses. Methods： A total of 21 nursing staff in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects. Conventional nursing management was adopted from January 2014 to January 2015 before the implementation of strengthening nursing management,and strengthening nursing management was adopted from February 2015 to January 2016. The effect of different nursing model was observed on work stress（ including problems of nursing specialty and on job,time allocation and workload,working environment and instrumentation,nursing of patients,management and interpersonal relationship） and job burnout of nurses（ including sense of emotional burnout,sense of work apathy and lack of sense of personal work achievement）. Results： The scores of nurses’ work stress and job burnout before the implementation of strengthening nursing management was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05）. After 6 months of implementation of strengthening nursing management,the scores of work stress and job burnout after management decreased gradually（ P 〈 0. 05）. The scores of basic nursing,nursing operation,disinfection and isolation,risk assessment,nursing documents and nursing executive specification were significantly better than those before（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The strengthening nursing management of pediatric nurses can alleviate the work stress and job burnout and improve the quality of nursing.
