浅谈生态市建设的实践与思考——以大庆为例

文章阐述了生态城市建设的起源,大庆市创建生态市的历程。大庆市通过采取编制生态市规划、实施"治水、净气、复草、植树、降噪"五大工程、广泛动员全民参与等措施,于2015年1月成功建设成为黑龙江省首家省级生态市。针对生态市创建工作中的不足,大庆市将在未来做好建立健全推进机制、构建全民参与格局、拓展多元融资渠道三方面工作。对未来生态市建设的必然性进行思考,认为生态市建设作为生态文明建设的有效载体,必将成为城市未来建设和发展的主流。

The paper expounds the origin of Eco-city and the course of Daqing Eco-city construction. Through draw up Eco-city planning, control polluted water and air, restore the grassland, plant trees, reduce noise, mobilize the whole people to participate, Daqing was named provincial Eco -city in January 2015, and Daqing is the first provincial Eco - city in Hei-longjiang. For the insufficient of Eco-city construction, Daqing will work on three aspects in the future, including improve mech-anism and construct the public participation pattern and expand diversified financing channels. To think the necessity of ecological city construction in the future, eco-city construction is the effective carrier of ecological civilization construction and will become the mainstream of urban construction and development in the future.
