摘要
西北地区雾霾风沙较大,环境保护形势严峻,在搭建西北地区物流网络过程中,要尽量降低物流排放,缩短物流路径,提高环境保护效果。提出一种物流资源属性组合配置的西北地区物流网络搭建模型,分析物流网络搭建与环境保护的关系,从静态属性和动态属性两部分出发进行物流网络搭建和网络拓扑控制,采用前向树状拓扑控制协议进行物流资源属性优化组合配置,降低物流资源损耗和污染物质排放量,实现节能减排,促进环境保护机制的有效形成。研究表明,通过对西北地区物流网络优化搭建,物流链路中的碳排放得到有效降低,提高了环境保护的效能。
Sand haze in northwest area is serious,posing grim situation for environmental protection.In process of logistic network construction in northwest region,it's urgent to reduce emission,shorten the logistics path,and improve the effect of environmental protection.This paper puts forward a logistics resource property portfolio allocation in Northwest logistics network construction model and analyze the logistics network construction and environmental protection,from two part of the static and dynamic attributes of logistics network construction and network topology control.The tree topology control protocol for logistics resource attribute optimization allocation is adopted to reduce logistics resource consumption and carbon emissions,to achieve energy-saving emission reduction,environmental protection and promote the effective stroke mechanism.The results show that through building the logistics network optimization in Northwest China,logistics link in carbon emissions to be reduced effectively.The environmental protection performance was improved.
