摘要 对南京市典型钢铁企业21个污染源开展监测,结果表明,钢铁企业烟气中汞主要以气相部分汞形态存在,其排放浓度均达标,为0.20~6.84μg/m^3,均远低于欧盟标准;其中烧结工艺汞排放浓度最高,占钢铁行业总汞排放量50%以上,远高于其他工序汞排放量;铁矿石中汞含量的变化曲线与电厂烟气中汞浓度变化曲线的趋势是大致相似的,净化设施协同脱汞效率高于单个净化设施的脱汞效率,可以在保证其它污染物达标排放的前提下多个净化设施对汞的协同处理效应。 This paper monitored data from 21 typical iron and steel enterprises in Nanjing.The results show that the mercury from iron and steel enterprises mainly takes the form of flue gas and the emission concentration was up to standard.The actual value of 0.20 ~ 6.84(including g/m^3,were far lower than the standards.Sintering process of the highest concentration of mercury emissions,iron and steel industry total mercury emissions by more than 50%,far higher than other process in mercury emissions.Mercury content in iron ore change curve and power plant flue gas mercury concentration in the trend of the curves are roughly similar,the correlation coefficient is 0.75,purification facilities together to take off the mercury efficiency is higher than a single efficiency of purification facilities to take off the mercury,can be in guarantee under the premise of other pollutants discharging standard considering multiple purification facilities coordination treatment effect of mercury.
