摘要
为解决某型机电综合管理计算测试效率低、测试复杂的问题,设计了一种高效快速的便携式自动测试设备。主要从硬件设计和软件设计方面阐述了设计的思路和实现方法,介绍了测试设备的工作原理和硬件组成及软件设计方案。采用该自动测试系统后,过去简陋的测试环境、测试精度和效率低下问题均得到极大改善,并且已将其成功运用到生产试验和验收测试现场中。该测试设备的成功研制对实现某机电综合管理计算机小批量生产的快速测试和外场的维护测试提供了有利的工具。
In order to solve a certain type of electromechanical integrated management computer tube low test efficiency and test complex problems,we design a efficient portable automatic test equipment 。Mainly from the aspects of hardware design and software design of this paper expounds the design thought and implementation method,this paper introduces the working principle of test equipment and hardware composition and software design。After adopting the automatic test system,the past simple test environment,test precision and inefficiencies were improved significantly,and has been successfully applied to the production test and acceptance test site。The success of the test equipment designed to achieve an electromechanical integrated management of computer small batch production of fast test and maintain test in the outfield provides a useful tool
