物联网技术在工厂功能测试系统中的应用

FCT(功能测试)是自动生产线的最后一站,虽已广泛应用于大规模制造业生产实践中,但因其不具备联网功能,使现场测试数据和企业车间层/管理层割裂开来,这不利于企业的相关部门对数据进行分析与处理。为了解决这个问题,文章提出将物联网技术应用于工厂功能测试系统中的方法。

FCT(Functional Circuit Test) is the last stop of automatic production line, although it is widely used in large-scale manufacturing production practice, because of its lack of networking function, the field test data and enterprise workshop / management are separated, which is not conducive to the analysis and treatment of data. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes the application of the internet of things in factory function test system.
