影响癫痫患者照顾者生活质量的因素调查研究

Study on the factors affecting the quality of life of caregivers of patients with epilepsy

目的探讨癫痫患者照顾者生活质量及其影响因素。方法选择2016年7月~2017年5月在我院治疗的癫痫患者98例的主要照顾者为调查对象设为试验组。另选择同期在我院健康体检者100例为对照组。记录癫痫患者及照顾者一般资料,癫痫患者照顾者生活质量,癫痫相关知识知晓情况,心理状态评定,对照组生活质量。结果试验组BP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组98例,焦虑58例,抑郁72例,癫痫知识知晓率:良好5例,一般71例,差22例。单因素分析结果显示,照顾者焦虑、抑郁、癫痫知识知晓率低、患者年龄≥60岁、病程≥10年、全身强直痉挛发作照顾者生活质量较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示患者病程、患者发作类型、照顾者合并抑郁是影响照顾者生活质量的影响因素,(P<0.05)。结论癫痫患者照顾者整体生活质量较差,患者病程越长、发作类型为全身强直痉挛发作、照顾者合并抑郁是影响照顾者总体生活质量的独立因素。

Objective To explore the quality of life of caregivers of epilepsy patients and its influencing factors. Methods The main caregivers of 98 patients with epilepsy who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled as experimental group. And 100 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as control group in the same period. The general informationof epilepsy patients and caregivers, the quality of caregivers of patients with epilepsy, epilepsy-related knowledge, mental state assessment, the quality of life of the control group were recorded.Results The scores of BP, GH, VT, SF, RE and MH in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. There were 58 cases of anxiety, 72 cases of depression in 98 cases of the experimental group.There were 5 cases of good knowledge of epilepsy awareness, 71 cases of general knowledge of epilepsy awareness and 22 cases of poor knowledge of epilepsy awareness.The results of univariate analysis showed that the quality of life in patients with caregiver anxiety, depression, low epilepsy knowledge awareness rate, the age≥60 years old, course≥10 years and general tonic spasm onset was low, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The Multivariate analysis showed that the course of the patient, the type of episode of the patient, and the combination of depression were the influencing factors of the quality of care of the caregivers（P0.05）.Conclusion The overall quality of life of caregivers of epilepsy patientsis poor.The longer diseasecourse,general tonic spasm, caregiverswith depression are independent factors affecting the overall quality of caregivers.
