补脑熄风止痉汤治疗帕金森病的临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical curative effect of Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction in the treatment of parkinson's disease

目的探讨补脑熄风止痉汤治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月在我院进行治疗的帕金森病患者78例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组行美多芭治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补脑熄风止痉汤治疗,比较治疗前及治疗3个月结束时两组中医证候积分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)评分、简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分、帕金森自主神经症状量表(SCOPA-AHU)评分及不良反应情况。结果治疗前,两组中医证候积分、MOCA评分、MMSE评分及SCOPA-AHU评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SCOPA-AHU评分均明显低于对照组,MOCA评分、MMSE评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在帕金森病治疗过程中行补脑熄风止痉汤治疗效果较好,可有效改善患者临床症状、智能及精神状况,优化自主神经功能,进一步提高治疗效果,且安全性较好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease. Methods A total of 78 patients with Parkinson＇s disease who were treated in our hospital from January2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method, with 39 patients in each group. The control group was given Madopar, and the observation group was further given Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction on the basis of the control group. TCM syndrome scores, Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale（MOCA）scores, simple mental state assessment scale（MMSE） scores, Parkinson＇s autonomic neurological symptoms scale（SCOPA-AHU） scores and adverse reactions were compared in both groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in TCM syndrome scores, MOCA scores, MMSE scores and SCOPA-AHU scores before treatment（P0.05）; after treatment, the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）; after treatment, the SCOPA-AHU scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. MOCA scores and MMSE scores were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion During the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease,Bunao Xifeng Zhijing decoction has a favorable effect, which can improve the clinical symptoms, intelligence and mental conditions, optimize the autonomic nerve function, and further improve the therapeutic effect, with better safety.
