温胃汤联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的疗效

Study on the efficacy of Wenwei decoction combined with omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer

目的研究温胃汤联合奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的疗效。方法选择2013年6月~2016年12月期间在淄博矿业集团有限责任公司中心医院诊断为Hp阳性胃溃疡的98例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将入组患者分为两组,对照组接受常规西医药物治疗,联合组接受温胃汤联合常规西医药物治疗。治疗后8周时,评估临床疗效、检测Hp转阴情况及血清中炎性因子、多肽类激素的含量。结果治疗后8周时,联合组患者的整体疗效显著优于对照组,Hp根除率为83.67%、显著高于对照组的67.34%;联合组患者血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胃动素(MTL)、肾上腺髓质素(AM)、胃泌素(Gas)的含量均显著低于对照组。结论温胃汤联合西药治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡能够改进疗效、提高Hp根除率、抑制炎症反应并调节多肽类激素的分泌。

Objective To study the efficacy of Wenwei decoction combined with omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 98 patients who were diagnosed as Hp positive gastric ulcer in the Central Hospital of Shandong Energy Zibo Mining Group Co., Ltd. from June 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment, and the combined group was given Wenwei decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment. Eight weeks after treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and Hp negative conversion and the contents of serum inflammatory factors and polypeptide hormones were evaluated. Results At 8 weeks after treatment, the overall efficacy in the combined group was significantly better than that in the control group. Hp eradication rate of combined group was 83.67%, significantly higher than that of 67.34% in the control group; in the combined group, serum C-reactive protein（CRP）, interleukin-1（IL-1）, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）, motilin（MTL）, adrenomedullin（AM） and gastrin（Gas） were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Wenwei decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer can improve the curative effect, improve Hp eradication rate, inhibit inflammatory reactions and regulate the secretion of polypeptide hormones.
