贝母对咳喘病的临床应用研究

Study on the clinical application of fritillaria on cough and asthma

目的探讨应用中药制剂贝母治疗咳喘病的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院于2015年1月~2017年1月门诊诊断为咳喘病的患者共120例,随机分为两组,对照组60例,采用常规西医治疗手段;研究组60例,采用含贝母中药治疗,使用相同疗程,疗程结束后比较两组治疗后临床疗效情况、治疗前后肺功能情况及中医症候综合评价,并进行安全性分析。结果研究组与对照组患者治疗咳喘病均能起效,研究组临床治疗有效率为90.00%,对照组为80.00%,研究组有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺功能情况,研究组与对照组均能有效改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医症候综合评分,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝母治疗咳喘病,可以提高临床疗效,缓解症状,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fritillaria in the treatment of cough and asthma. Methods A total of 120 patients with cough and asthma who were diagnosed in the outpatient clinic in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 60 patients was given conventional western treatment; and the study group of 60 patients was given traditional Chinese medicine of fritillaria. The same course of treatment was used. After the end of treatment, the clinical efficacy after treatment, pulmonary function before and after treatment and comprehensive evaluation of TCM syndrome were compared between the two groups, and the safety analysis was carried out. Results The treatment of cough and asthma in the study group and the control group was effective. The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 90.00%, and the control group was 80.00%. The study group was more effective than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）; the lung function were effectively improved in the study group and the control group（P0.05）, and there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The scores of TCM syndromes were better in the study group than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Fritillaria in the treatment of cough and asthma can improve clinical efficacy and relieve symptoms, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
