全麻俯卧位腰椎手术的临床护理要点分析

Analysis of clinical nursing essentials of prone lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia

目的分析全麻俯卧位腰椎手术的临床护理要点,帮助患者术中、术后提高舒适度,以此减少术后不良反应发生。方法随机选择我院2015年1月~2017年5月收治的60例行全麻俯卧位腰椎手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将60例患者分成两组,其中30例患者围术期配合常规护理干预为对照组,余下30例患者围术期配合临床护理干预为观察组,对比两组术前术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组不良反应发生0例,对照组不良反应发生4例,观察组不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度96.67%,对照组护理满意度76.67%,对比两组满意度观察组明显更为理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全麻俯卧位腰椎手术配合临床护理干预,加强护理要点准备和观察,可以有效避免并发症发生,保证全麻俯卧位腰椎手术的顺利完成。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing essentials of prone lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia,in order to help patients improve comfort during and after surgery, and reduce postoperative adverse reactions. Methods 60 patients who were given prone lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were randomly selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, 60 patients were divided into two groups. 30 cases of selected as the control group patients who were given routine nursing care during perioperative period were, and the remaining 30 patients were further given clinical nursing care intervention during perioperative period were selected as the observation group. The preoperative and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, adverse reactions were shown in 0 case, and adverse reactions were shown in 4 cases in the control group（P0.05）. Adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; the nursing satisfaction was 96.67% in the observation group, and the nursing satisfaction was 76.67% in the control group. The nursing satisfaction was compared,and the observation group was significantly more ideal, and the difference was significant（ P 0.05）. Conclusion The prone lumbar spine surgery under general anesthesia combined with clinical nursing intervention and strengthening the preparation and observation of the nursing essentials can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications, and ensure the successful completion of prone lumbar surgery under general anesthesia.
