基于诊断与改进“PDDCEA”循环的高职《基础会计》课程混合式教学模式研究

A Research on the Blended Learning Model of Basic Accounting Course in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Diagnosis and Improvement of "PDDCEA" Cycle

在五年制高职会计专业《基础会计》课程项目式教学中借鉴戴明创设PDDCEA循环理论,同时融入混合式教学来进行教学组织与设计,引入线上线下的教师主导、学生自主学习探究、教师适时评价反馈的泛在学习模式,鼓励师生共同诊断与改进教学,实现教师的教与学生的学共同进步,培养学生职业素养及终身学习的能力。

In the project teaching of the ＂Basic Accounting＂ course in five-year higher vocational accounting specialty, drawing reference from Deming＇s PDDCEA cycle theory with the combination of blended learning to organize and design the teaching, introducing the ubiquitous learning mode with on-line and off-line teacher guiding, the students＇ autonomic learning exploration and the teachers＇ timely evaluation and feedback, and encouraging the teacher-student joint diagnosis and improvement of teaching can realize the mutual improvement of the teachers and the students, and cultivate the students＇ professional and lifelong learning ability.
