摘要
在互联网+时代,网络已经普遍运用于课堂教学,网络环境下的教师通过网络资源进行教学任务组织,而学生依据网络资源进行自主知识构建,传统师生关系受到挑战。网络环境下师生关系的变化表现为限制因子弱化下师生地位的平等化、座位编排效应下教师管理的灵活化以及耐度定律下教师职能的优适化。因此,进一步建设网络环境下生态型的师生关系需要现实生态环境的建设和网络生态环境的规范,从师生"主体性"转变为"主体间性"的共存。
In the Internet plus era, network has been widely used in classroom teaching. Under the network environment, the teachers organize the teaching tasks through cyber source, while the students construct the knowledge according to the cyber source, thus the traditional teacher-student relationship is challenged. The change of the teacher-student relationship under the network environment shows the equality of the teacher-student status under the weakening restriction factors,the flexibility of teacher management under the effect of seat arrangement, and the optimization of the teacher's function under the law of tolerance. Therefore, further construction of the ecological teacherstudent relationship in the network environment needs the construction of the realistic ecological environment and the standardization of the network ecological environment, and the coexistence of "inter-subjectivity" from "subjectivity".
