校内实训与校外顶岗实习衔接问题研究——以南京旅游职业学院学生在校办御冠酒店实训为例

A Research on the Cohesion of On-campus Training and Off-campus Internship:A Case Study

校内实训是职校学生顺利走上校外从事顶岗实习的基础和演练。校内实训可以训练学生"脑体结合劳动",增强劳动意识;同时,通过先行体验和模拟自我管理,使学生进入酒店顶岗实习更加有的放矢、衔接顺畅。

The on-campus training is the basis and practice for vocational school students to go out of the school and engage in internship. The on-campus training can train the students to combine their brains and the bodies to work, and enhance their labor consciousness. At the same time, through the first experience and simulated self-management, it makes the students＇ hotel internship become more targeted and makes the cohesion become smoother.
