摘要
校企共培、产教融合是职业教育人才培养的关键。本文以学校纺织染整与贸易专业群人才培养为例,探索构建政行企校四方共建"校企园"产教融合创新协同育人的新平台,通过历时6年的专业课程体系建设和人才培养模式改革,积极探索实践"订单班"人才培养模式,创新校企"教科融合"渠道,实施学科融合改革,培养"工商融合"创新型高素质高技能订单人才并取得了积极成效。
The integration of school-enterprise co-cultivation and the integration of production and education are the key to the talent training in vocational education. This paper takes the group talent training in Textile Dyeing and Finishing and Trade specialty as an example, explores and builds a new innovative and synergetic talent training platform with the integration of production and education co-constructed by the government, industries, enterprises and schools. Through 6 years of professional curriculum system construction and talent cultivation mode reform, the "order-based class" talent training mode has been actively explored and practiced, the channel for the integration of teaching and research has been innovated to cultivate industrial and commercial integrated talents with high quality and skills. It has achieved positive results.
