局麻下冠周盲袋刮治术治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效评价

Therapeutic evaluation of pericoronal blind bag curettage in the treatment of acute pericoronitis under local anesthesia

目的探讨局麻下冠周盲袋刮治术与冠周冲洗治疗急性智齿冠周炎后的临床疗效。方法选取71例急性智齿冠周炎患者,随机分为两组,治疗组(n=36):采用在局部麻醉下,行冠周盲袋刮治术,袋内注入盐酸米诺环素软膏,疗程1次;对照组(n=35):采用冠周冲洗,袋内导入复方碘甘油溶液,疗程1次/d×5 d。两组均予全身抗生素口服用药,分别观察记录和评估治疗后第3 d、6 d临床疗效。结果治疗组疼痛缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率97.23%,对照组总有效率77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用局麻下行冠周盲袋刮治术治疗急性智齿冠周炎,能快速有效改善和控制症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pericoronal blind bag curettage and pericoronal rinsing in the treatment of acute pericoronitis under local anesthesia. Methods A total of 71 patients with acute pericoronitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （n=36） were treated with pericoronal blind bag curettage under local anesthesia and used Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment in the deep soft tissue pocket. The control group （n=35） were treated with pericoronal rinsing and used Iodine Glycerol compound solution once per day in the pocket for 5 days. The two groups took antibiotic by oral. The clinical efficacy were recorded and evaluated respectively at the third and sixth day after therapy. Results The pain relief time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.23%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 77.14%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Using pericoronal blind bag curettage under local anesthesia in the treatment of acute pericoronitis can effectively improve and control the symptoms.
