盐酸米诺环素软膏联合碘甘油治疗牙周炎的疗效观察

Effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodine glycerin in treatment of periodontitis

目的探讨采用盐酸米诺环素软膏与碘甘油治疗牙周炎患者的疗效和安全性。方法选择我院治疗的慢性牙周炎患者86例,按用药不同将患者分为43例对照组(注射碘甘油),43例观察组(注射碘甘油+盐酸米诺环素软膏)。比较两组临床指标和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组PD、PLI、AL及SBI均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用盐酸米诺环素软膏联合碘甘油治疗慢性牙周炎,可有效消除致病菌,改善临床症状。

Objective To study the effect and safety of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodine glycerin in treatment of periodontitis. Methods 86 cases of chronic periodontitis were divided into control group （iodine glycerin） and observation group （iodine glycerin and minocycline hydrochloride ointment） by medication, 43 cases in each. Clinical indexes and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, PDS PLI, AL, SBI of observation group were better than control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment and iodine glycerin can eliminate pathogenic bacteria and improve clinical symptoms.
