摘要
通过对荆州市中环水业有限公司一期和二期印染废水处理工程差异的比较,在调查园区废水水质水量变化的基础上,对比了两期废水处理工程的工艺及处理效果,为二期工程的高效运行提供有价值参考。同时,通过对不同处理单元的设计规模、设计要求及运行参数等的综合分析,结合实际运行过程水质水量的调查,以COD、NH_3-N、色度和悬浮物为主要评价参数,分析了工艺特点及处理效果,确定了各处理单元的最佳运行条件和对不同污染组分的去除特征,优化了各处理单元的运行条件和参数。
Through the comparison of difference of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment engineering in phase I and phase II of Jingzhou City Central Water Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper compared the two phase in terms of process and treatment effectand efficient operation of the second phase on the basis of wastewater quality survey park water quantity of water in the actual operation process, the characteristics of the process and effect of treatment were compared withC0D,NH3 - N,chroma and SS as the main evaluation parameters. Ultimately, the optimal operating conditions of each process-ing unit and removal characteristics of different pollution components were determined to optimize the oprameters of each treatment unit.
