摘要 建立了高效液相色谱法测定水样中N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)含量方法。本方法采用Venusil MP C18色谱柱,流动相乙腈∶水(6∶94,v/v),测定波长为:DMF与DMAC 220 nm;DMSO 210 nm。目标物在约0.5~10 mg·L^(-1)范围内呈良好线性,线性相关系数r在0.999以上,检出限分别为:DMF与DMAC 0.02 mg·L^(-1)、DMSO 0.1 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率在97%~109%,相对标准偏差RSD≤2%。本法前处理简单、有机溶剂消耗少,操作方便快捷。 A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of 2-Methylimidazole and 4-Methylimidazole in Imidazole. The chromatography separation was performed on a XDB C18 column( 4. 6 mmi. d. × 250 mm,5μm) using methanol-0. 05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen hposphate buffer containing 0. 05 mol/L heptanesulfonicacidsodium( 5/95,v/v; pH3. 5) as the mobile phase and the detection was at wave-length of UV-210 nm. Good linearities were obtained for 2-methylimidazole and 4-methylimidazole at the concentration range of 0. 10 ~ 25. 0 mg·L^(-1) with relative coefficients( r) not less than 0. 999 9. The limits of detection were 20 mg·kg^(-1) and 40 mg·kg^(-1) for 2-methylimidazole and 4-methylimidazole. The recoveries of target compound at 3 different concentration levels were in the range of 85% ~ 105% with RSDs lower than 3%. This method has the advantage of simple pretreatment,less organic solvent consumption and convenient operation.
