摘要
从源头减少重金属排放是控制重金属污染的重要途径,采用重金属捕集剂处理含重金属废水时,不仅可有效去除重金属,得到的沉淀渣可进一步回收处理,具有广泛的应用前景。重金属捕集剂结构可分为线性结构及空间立体架桥结构,捕集剂的作用机理主要通过官能团与重金属离子配位结合,生成不溶性螯合物沉淀,均对废水重金属具有良好的去除效率。生产成本较高是制约其广泛应用的一个主要因素,开发成本低廉、高效、工艺简单的重金属捕集剂,并寻求与其他改性技术联用,是重金属捕集剂的重要研究方向。
Source control of the heave metals would be the main way to control heavy metal pollution.When heavy metal collector is used to treat heavy metal wastewater, it not only removes heavy metal effectively, but also recycles the precipitation.The structure of heavy metal collector can be divided into linear structure and space structure.The action mechanism of collector is mainly through the coordination of functional groups and heavy metal ions to produce insoluble chelate precipitates, which have good removal efficiency for heavy metals.The high production cost is a major factor restricting its wide application.It is an important research direction for heavy metal collector, which is a heavy metal collector with low cost, high efficiency and simple process.Compared with other water treatment agents, the heavy metal capture agents were practically applied on in the dislodging of containing heavy metal wastewater account of their significant advantages such as extensive sources, relatively low cost and no secondary pollution and so on.Therefore, heavy metal capturing agents has a broad application prospect.In this paper, the synthesis and action mechanism of heavy metal capture agent were introduced;and the applicable way of the two types and the spatial structure were described;At the same time, its application carried out by the researchers at home and abroad and research progress in the containing heavy metals wastewater were emphatically reviewed;Finally, the research hotspot supposed to be focused on in the future were put forward.
