摘要
互联网时代背景下,越来越多的企业通过开放式创新获取新技术资源,进而实现竞争优势重构。由于过高或过低的开放度都会影响企业创新绩效,因此把握适宜的创新开放度尤为重要。社会网络理论及开放创新实践表明,环境因素对企业创新开放度影响显著。基于这一认知,借助203份样本数据对企业创新开放度环境影响因素进行探讨。结果显示,知识产权保护力度、网络资源易得性、网络交互程度、网络资源交易风险等环境因素对企业创新开放度具有一定影响。因此,企业在开展创新活动时应充分考虑上述影响因素,并以此确定最佳开放度。
In the context of the internet era,more and more enterprises obtain new technological resources to reconstruct competitive advantage through open innovation.However,the empirical results show that innovation openness is difficult to be controlled and it influences innovation performance of enterprise under open innovation model.Based on the Social Network Theory and open innovation practices,the environmental factors effect innovation openness.Empirical from the203 samples indicates that intellectual property,network resource availability,network interaction and network resource transaction risk have significant impact on the innovation openness.Enterprises should fully consider these factors in the process of open innovation and determine the optimal opening degree.
