Determination Method of Spare Part Varieties for Air Ammunition Support Equipment Based on Grey Situation Decision-making

航空弹药保障装备备件品种复杂,数量众多,因此要选取合理的备件品种,进行科学有效的配置。分析了备件品种选择的几个主要影响因素:关键性、可靠性、可维修性、经济性,利用灰色局势决策法对确定备件品种进行了定量分析,并给出了具体的实例。结果表明灰色局势决策法能够全面地考虑各种因素的影响,避免备件制定的主观性。

Both the variety and quantity of air ammunition support equipment spare parts are various,so it's necessary to select the reasonable variety of spare parts and deploy them scientifically and effectively.This paper analyzes several main influence factors for variety selection of spare parts such as criticality,reliability,maintainability and economy,uses grey situation decision-making method to analyze the determination of spare part varieties quantitatively,and gives the specific examples.Results show that the grey situation decision-making method can consider the influence of various factors fully,and avoids the subjectivity of spare parts determination.
