摘要
介绍了一款带宽为70~80GHz,选用宽带鳍线射频输入结合高低阻抗线作为输入匹配网络的高性能检波器。该检波器输入端口为WR12标准矩形波导,输出为SMA接头,采用场分析和路分析结合的方法进行了仿真建模与优化设计。当输入信号功率为-10dBm时,在70~80GHz频带内电压灵敏度大于500mV/mW。
This paper introduces a high-performance detector with bandwidth 70~80 GHz,which combines broadband fin line radio frequency(RF)input with high/low impedance line as the input matched network.The input port of the detector is WR12 standard rectangular waveguide,the output port is an SMA junction.The field analysis and circuit analysis methods are combined for simulation modeling and optimization design.In frequency band of 70~80 GHz,the voltage sensitivity is above 500 mV/mW when the input signal power is-10 dBm.
