现代农业技术与乡村秩序嬗变——对滇中彝族乡村烟草纠纷的分析

Modern Agricultural Technology and Changes of Social Order in the Rural Areas

伴随着烟草种植这一现代农业技术在滇中彝族乡村的强势植入和推广,村民与乡镇政府、村干部、烟草公司之间因烟草种植、销售的新型矛盾不断发生,对传统的彝族乡村秩序带来了冲击,致使村落中原本较为融洽、和谐关系发生改变。如何应对现代农业技术带来的乡村秩序变迁,建构良性互动的民族地区乡村秩序,是我们必须面对和解决的新课题。

As tobacco growing is being introduced and popularized as a modern agricultural technology with increasing momentum in recent years in the Yi villages in central Yunnan, new disputes over growing and sale of tobacco emerge between the villagers and the local governments, the government staff and the tobacco companies, creating impact on the traditional social order and bringing about changes to the social relations in the Yi villages that have been hitherto harmonious. Issues regarding such changes brought about by modern agricultural technology and our measures to cope with them to promote healthy interactive relations in similar rural areas inhabited by minority ethnic groups are worth our close attention and careful study.
