摘要
针对现有分形算法存在的编码时间过长问题,对HV分割算法进行改进,提出一种基于HV分割的快速分形图像编码算法。该算法首先通过条件限制策略约束R块分割方向及位置,然后采用局部码本寻找分割块的最优匹配,最终得到图像的分形码。在ORL人脸库上的编码实验显示,相对于无策略HV分割算法,该方法的编码速度提高了7%。与现有方法相比,该方法减少了分割块数,在保证解码质量的前提下提高了编码效率。
Aiming at the problem that the existing fractal algorithm has too long coding time,the algorithm has been improved for the no-strategy HV segmentation algorithm,and a fast fractal image coding algorithm based on HV segmentation is proposed.Firstly,the algorithm constrains the R block segmentation direction and location by the conditional restriction strategy,then uses the local codebook to find the optimal matching of the segmentation block,and finally obtains the fractal code of the image.The coding experiments on ORL face database show that the encoding speed of this method is improved by 7% compared with the non strategy HV segmentation algorithm.Compared with the existing methods,this method reduces the number of blocks,and improves the coding efficiency under the premise of guaranteeing the decoding quality.
