青岛市2016年度国际化水平评估研究

Research on Internationalization Level Evaluation of Qingdao in 2016

以城市国际化综合水平为逻辑原点与终点,以国内对标城市(深圳)与中国入选科尔尼"世界城市名录"的国际城市为交叉参照,以国内外不同指标体系为标准,共同评估研究青岛市2016年度国际化水平。青岛市现代化水平单维首次超过中国发达城市门槛水平;国际化水平双维既有中等发展速度,又有国际城市基础地位;国际化综合水平显现中速发展的中国发达城市轮廓。但相较于国内竞争城市的发展速度,中长期创新力不足将使青岛在全球竞争中处于不利地位,因此,应重视和加强对这方面工作的思考与研究。

With the comprehensive level of city internationalization as its logical origin and terminal,and both Shenzhen and the international cities listed by A.T.Kearney Global City’s directory as the cross-reference,and the different indicators at home and abroad as the evaluation standard,this paper studies the level of Qingdao’s internationalization in 2016：its single-dimensional level of modernization surpasses for the first time the threshold of Chinese-developed cities;its double-dimensional level of internationalization displays both the medium developing speed and the important status among global cities;the comprehensive level of its internationalization shows the contours of China’s developed cities with moderate speed.But compared with its domestic counterparts developing at high speed,the lack of innovation in the medium and long term will make Qingdao at a disadvantage in global competition.Therefore,we should pay more attention to and strengthen the thinking and research in this field.
