高职院校教师职业压力及职业倦怠现状调查与分析 被引量:4

摘要 教师职业倦怠是指教师应对工作压力时表现出的一种负面迁移和衰竭现象,是身心疲劳与耗竭的状态。高职院校教师承担着培养高层次技能人才的重任,其职业压力与职业倦怠问题应该引起关注。为此,选取542名高职院校教师,采用《教师职业倦怠评定量表》和压力状况问卷进行调查,并将结果与自陈压力状况进行相关分析,结果如下:高职院校教师职业压力较大;职业倦怠在中等以上水平;不同特点的教师职业倦怠水平存在差异;压力与职业倦怠存在显著相关关系。 There is a phenomenon of a negative transference and decline or a situation of the physical and mental exhaustion and depletion when teachers deal with their work stress,which is called the job burnout of the teachers.The higher vocational college teachers are undertaking the task of training talents of high-level skills,whose occupational stress and job burnout should be concerned.542 higher vocational college teachers were chosen to be surveyed by means of " Educator Burnout Inventory(EBI)" and pressure condition questionnaire.The analysis is made and the results show that occupational stress of higher vocational college teachers is at a higher level;job burnout is above medium level;teachers of different characteristics have different levels of job burnout;and there is a significant correlation between their stress and job burnout.
