赫尔巴特多方面兴趣导向下的教育观

兴趣作为一种"特殊的吸引力",在教育教学中成为帮助学生走向成功教育的基础,也是保证教学质量的重要因素。赫尔巴特在其著作中系统阐述了兴趣的理论基础,多方面兴趣与道德教育的关系,多元兴趣对课程的作用与基于多方面兴趣理论的课程设置,多方面兴趣与教学的关联及其对教学的促进。基于赫尔巴特的思想系统梳理其多方面兴趣理论,厘清其兴趣导向下的德育观、课程观以及教学观,可以为当今课程与教学的改革乃至德育工作的完善提供理论支撑与方法指导。

Interests as a ＂ special attraction＂ in education,has become the foundation of helping students to succeed,and an important factor to ensure the quality of teaching.In his works,Herbart systematically expounded the theoretical foundations of interest,the relationship between various interests and moral education,the role of multiple interests in curriculum and the curriculum based on various interest theories,the correlation between various interests and teaching and its promotion to teaching.Based on Herbart’s thought system,the author has combed his theory of various interests,and clarified the moral education view,curriculum view and teaching view under the guidance of the interests,which can provide theoretical support and guidance for the reform of curriculum and teaching,and even the improvement of moral education.
