摘要
教学体现了教师"教"和学生"学"的有效结合,师生互动是课堂教学的前提,课堂教学是动态的而非静态的。自教育公平视角对课堂教学师生互动的"遮蔽之象"进行分析,发现主要涉及教师主导遮蔽学生主体、教学进度遮蔽教学过程、有限时间遮蔽虚假互动、差别对待遮蔽学生权利和教师观念遮蔽学生感受。解决课堂教学师生互动中"遮蔽"的教育不公平问题,需要对教学主体、教学过程、真实互动、学生权利和师生感悟进行"澄明"。
Teaching embodies the effective combination of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.The interaction between teachers and students is the premise of classroom teaching,which is dynamic rather than static.This paper analyzes the " obscuring" of classroom interaction between teachers and students,which are that teachers mainly dominate the students,the teaching progress obscures the teaching process,limited time masks false interaction,differential treatment shields students’ rights and teachers’ ideas shields students’ feelings.In order to solve the problem of "sheltered" education unfairness in the interaction between teacher and student in classroom teaching,it is necessary to "clarify" the teaching subject,teaching process,real interaction,students’ sovereignty and the perception of teachers and students.
