CT检查对原发性骨肿瘤或肿瘤样病变的诊断价值研究

Diagnosis Value of CT for Primary Bone Tumor or Tumor-like Lesion

目的探讨CT检查对原发性骨肿瘤或肿瘤样病变的诊断价值。方法收集97例原发性骨肿瘤或肿瘤样病变患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对其X线、CT等影像学单独及联合检查结果进行分析,并与病理诊断结果进行比较,对诊断符合率进行考察。结果 97例患者中包括良性骨肿瘤35例,恶性骨肿瘤28例,肿瘤样病变34例,病变均具有不同的影像学特征。与病理诊断结果相比,CT诊断符合率为83.51%,X线诊断符合率为68.04%,CT符合率高于X线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检测诊断符合率为95.88%,远高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论 CT对于原发性骨肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的诊断具有较高的临床价值,与X线平片结合可有效提高疾病检出率,值得临床进行推广应用。

Objective To explore the diagnosis value of CT for primary bone tumor or tumor-like lesion.Methods 97 patients with primary bone tumor or tumor-like lesion were retrospectively analyzed.X-ray and CT results were observed and com-pared with pathological results.Results There were 35 patients with benign bone tumor ,28 patients with malignant bone tumor and 34 patients with tumor-like lesion.Patients with different diseases had different imaging characteristics.The diagnosis accord-ance rates of CT and X-ray were respectively 83.51%and 68.04%,CT was obviously higher than X-ray with statistically signifi-cance（P〈0.05）.Combined diagnostic accordance rates of CT and X-ray were 95.88%,which were significantly higher than ev-ery single examination with statistically difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion CT has positive clinical value in the diagnosis of pri-mary bone tumor or tumor-like lesion.And combined detection of CT and X-ray can increase the positive detection rate ,it is wor-thy of clinical application.
