摘要
分别概述以稻草、玉米、高粱、小麦秸秆,油茶籽饼粕等纤维质为原料,在预处理、菌株选育及诱变、发酵工艺等方面的研究近况,为纤维质原料的发酵研究及高效利用提供参考。
In this paper, the research progress in the use of fiber materials(rice straw, corn, sorghum, wheat straw, tea seed, etc.) to produce alcohol was reviewed, including pretreatment, yeast strain breeding and mutation, fermentation, etc. The research provided useful reference for high-efficiency utilization of fiber materials.
