摘要
依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立了数学模型,分析了气相色谱法测定大米中稻丰散残留量不确定度来源;并对各个不确定分量进行了量化处理,得出稻丰散残留量的扩展不确定度。结果表明,影响测量结果不确定度的主要因素为标准溶液的配制过程、最小二乘法拟合校准曲线及回收率等。
A mathematical model had been established according to JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation & Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement to analyze the source of the uncertainty in the determination of phenthoate residues in rice by GC. Furthermore, each component of the uncertainty was quantified to obtain the expanded uncertainty. The results suggested that the main factors influencing uncertainty in measurement included the preparation of standard solution, standard curve fitting by using least squares, and the recovery, etc.
