摘要
将"反求研究"作为新建本科院校"双师双能型"教师队伍建设的可行路径,引入到该类高校转型的闭环系统中,是解决转型关键环节的客观需要。新建本科院校"双师双能型"教师队伍建设存在教师队伍来源渠道有限,教师缺乏工程背景、动手能力弱,激励措施和考核评价制度不完善等问题,这主要是由该类院校建校时间不长、受制于人事政策、与地方企业间的合作不够深入、教师教学任务重等内外因素所致。新建本科院校在向应用型大学转型的问题上,必须从拓宽人才引进渠道、健全教师培训力度、完善教师激励措施和考核评价制度几方面促进新建本科院校"双师双能型"教师队伍建设的有效实现。
It is the objective demand that strengthening the construction of “Double Quality” and “Double Skills” teachingstaff construction of newly built university based on the reverse thinking. There are many problems in the construction of teachers’team, such as limited sources of teachers, some teachers’ lack of engineering background, weak practical ability, imperfect incen?tive measures and evaluation system, etc. Those are mainly due to four internal and external factors, such as the establishment ofsuch universities were not long, cooperation with local enterprises were not deep, personnel policies were restricted and the teachingtask of teachers were heavy. In the transition to the application universities, the paper puts forward some measures, such as to broad?en the channels of talent introduction, and to improve the training of teachers and the incentive measures and evaluation system inorder to seek an effective path of “Double Quality” and “Double Skills” teacher team construction in newly built university.
