摘要
高校思政课教师的角色定位是与学业教师相对应、相区分的,它意味着指导、引领大学生的人生发展,就人生面临的实际问题对大学生传道授业解惑。这要求思政课教师既要指导大学生培养社会主义核心价值观,又要帮助大学生直面人生困惑,激发人生奋起直追的动力,还要帮助大学生领悟真谛、找准人生坐标。思政课教师要自觉承担人生导师的角色,要积极自觉地丰富自己的人生阅历,勤于思考人生哲理,敏于洞悉大学生实际心理状态。
The role localization of ideological and political teachers of higher education is associated but distinguished with aca?demic advisers. The ideological and political teachers mainly promote the personal development of college students, proselytize in?structs, dispel doubts for practical problems students may have met. This requests the ideological and political teachers to cultivatestudents’ core social values, motivate the passion to catch up vigorously, help students to grasp the full significance of life and lookfor their coordinates. Also, the ideological and political teachers should play a role as life mentors self-consciously, and they need toenrich their own life experience and inspiration, think deeply over life philosophy, insight the true psychological status of collegestudents susceptibly.
