摘要
试验设置氮素用量分别为0、50、100、200mg/株,共计4个处理,研究氮素对闽楠幼苗生长及叶绿素含量的影响,旨在为闽楠的育苗提供理论依据。结果表明:100mg/株处理下,闽楠的苗高、地径和叶面积最大,与对照相比,分别提高110.20%、55.98%、530.99%。生物量也表现为100mg/株处理最好,地下部和地上部生物量分别为0.38g和1.54g。根冠比则随着供氮量的增加而减少。闽楠幼苗的叶绿素含量与生长表现一致,也表现为100mg/株处理下闽楠幼苗叶绿素a、b及总量最大。综合闽楠幼苗生长及叶绿素含量的结果,最适合闽楠幼苗温室培育的氮素用量为100mg/株。
The growth and chlorophyll content of Phoebe bournei pot seedlings applied with 0, 50, 100, 200 mg nitrogen per seedling in a greenhouse were investigated. In order to provide theoretical basis for Phoebe bournei seedlings. The seedling height stem and leaf area of the seedlings were best under the level of 100 mg/seedling,Compared with the control, they were increased by 110.20%, 55.98% and 530.99% respectively. The biomass was also the best under 100 mg/strains, the biomass of the underground and aboveground were 0.38 and 1.54 g, respectively. The ratio of root to shoot decreased with the increasing of nitrogen fertilization. The content of chlorophyll and growth performance of Phoebe bournei was consistent, and also showed that the chlorophyll a, b and total amount were biggest under the treatment of 100/seedling. Considering the effect of the growth and chlorophyll content of the seedlings, the most suitable nitrogen application for the growth of Phoebe bournei is100 mg/seedling.
