Exploration on Talents Training Mode of “School-Enterprise Cooperation,Work-Study Combination”

"校企合作、工学结合"着眼于对教育资源与企业资源的整合利用,对高职学生职业技能的增长以及实践经验的积累大有裨益。针对当前我国高职教育"校企合作、工学结合"的实践情况,以渤海船舶职业学院计算机应用技术专业为例,对高职院校"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式展开探究,促进校企合作工作机制的建立和完善。

＂ School-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination＂ focuses on the integration and utilization of educational resources and enterprise resources, which is beneficial to the growth of professional skills and the accumulation of practical experience of the higher vocational college students. In view of the current practice of ＂ school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination＂ in higher vocational education in China and taking the computer application technology speciality of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College as an example, the paper explores the talents training mode of ＂ school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination＂ in higher vocational colleges, which is helpful to the establishment and perfection of the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation.
