高职学生志愿精神培育的现状与对策

志愿精神生动彰显了社会主义核心价值观,是激励学生成长成才的精神动力。高校作为思想政治教育的主阵地,要明确志愿精神的内涵,抓住志愿精神的中国本土化特征及共性特征,要善于分析志愿活动过程中出现的新问题,弄清高职学生志愿精神培育面临的主要挑战,采取符合社会发展需要的志愿精神培育策略,促进学生树立正确的世界观、人生观及价值观,为其将来步入社会,走上工作岗位奠定基础。

The volunteer spirit vividly demonstrates the socialist core values, and is the spiritual force that motivates students to grow and become useful. As the main position of ideological and political education,colleges and universities should clarify the connotation of volunteer spirit, seize the characteristics of Chinese localization and common features of volunteer spirit, should be good at analyzing the new problems emerging in the course of volunteer activities, find out the main challenges emerging in the cultivation of volunteer spirit of higher vocational students, adopt the strategy of cultivating volunteer spirit in line with social development, to promote students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and to lay the foundation for them stepping into the society and going to work in the future.
