摘要
分析和解读WS/T 79-2011《大骨节病治疗效果判定》标准的范围、术语和定义、判定原则及其判定的掌指骨X线征象和关节功能障碍指数评分,讨论标准变化的依据以及存在的问题,提出正确实施使用大骨节病治疗效果判定标准的技术性建议。
The standard scope, terms and defnitions, judgment principles and judgment methods on the X-ray abnormal signs in metacarpal phalangeal joints of children and the dysfunction index score of adults are interpreted for the WS/T 79-2011 assessment for therapeutic efficacy on Kashin-Beck disease. The basis of the standard change and the existing problems are discussed, and some technical suggestions are put forward to use the therapeutic effect of Kashin-Beck disease and to correctly implement the standard.
