正畸治疗在口腔修复中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Orthodontic Treatment in Oral Repair

目的探讨正畸治疗在口腔修复中的应用价值。方法将2015年3月—2017年3月的40例口腔疾病患者作为对象,依据数字表法分组,各有20例。传统修复组进行常规口腔修复,正畸治疗组给予正畸治疗。比较两组口腔疾病治疗效果;患者对口腔修复的满意度;修复并发不良事件发生率。结果正畸治疗组口腔疾病治疗效果高于传统修复组,P<0.05;正畸治疗组患者对口腔修复的满意度高于传统修复组,P<0.05;正畸治疗组修复并发不良事件发生率低于传统修复组,P<0.05。结论正畸治疗在口腔修复中的应用价值高,可提高修复效果和患者满意度,减少不良事件发生,安全有效。

Objective To explore the value of orthodontic treatment in oral repair. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017, 40 patients with oral diseases were treated as objects and divided into two groups according to the digital table method, with 20 cases in each group. Conventional prosthodontics group was treated with prosthodontics treatment, and orthodontic treatment group was treated with orthodontic treatment. The effect of treatment, patients＇ satisfaction with oral repair, the incidence of concurrent adverse events of two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect of orthodontic treatment group was higher than that of conventional prosthodontics group, P 〈 0.05. The satisfaction degree of orthodontic treatment group was higher than that of conventional prosthodontics group, P 〈 0.05. The occurrence rate of the orthodontic treatment group was lower than the conventional prosthodontics group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment is of high application value in oral repair, which can improve the repair effect and patients’ satisfaction, reduce adverse events, it is safe and effective.
