摘要
目的探讨儿科血常规白细胞减少的发病情况,分析上述血常规异常的原因及预后。方法回顾性分析我院2013年8月—2017年4月儿科住院患儿中诊断白细胞减少症370例患儿所有资料,观察血常规白细胞减少症的情况。结果此370例患儿均因原发病就诊,其中因呼吸道感染占全部病例的75%,因消化系统疾病占全部病例的20%,因水痘、腮腺炎等就诊者5%。结论血常规白细胞减少与中性粒细胞绝对值减少密切相关,是因病毒感染或革兰氏阴性杆菌感染引起的疾病,经过原发病治疗,7天之内血常规白细胞计数及中性粒细胞计数大多恢复正常,存在较好预后。
Objective To investigate the incidence of leukopenia inpediatric blood and analyze the causes and prognosis of abnormal blood abnormalities. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the diagnosis of leukopenia in 370 pediatric children diagnosed with leukopenia from August 2013 to April 2017. Results The 370 cases of children were due to primary disease treatment, of which respiratory infections accounted for 75% of all cases, due to digestive diseases accounted for 20% of all cases, due to chickenpox, mumps and other treatment of 5%. Conclusion Blood leukopenia is closely related to the reduction of neutrophil absolute value. It is a disease caused by virus infection or Gram-negative bacilli infection. After primary disease treatment, blood white blood cell count and neutrophils most of the count returned to normal, there is a better prognosis.
